Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We strive to provide highly effective and professionally managed training courses. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments.

2. Course Fees

All course fees are payable in advance and confirm your assigned seat. Unless otherwise specified here, course fees are generally non-refundable once the training program has commenced.

3. Cancellations by Participant

• Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future course, minus administrative fees.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date are non-refundable.
• Exceptions for medical emergencies may be considered at the sole discretion of EduCare.

4. Course Cancellation by EduCare

In the unlikely event that EduCare must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or inadequate enrollment, participants will be notified immediately and provided with a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to a rescheduled date.

5. Process for Refunds

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your registration details. Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days via the original payment method.
